We are dedicated to serving Santa Clara County. With over 6,340 unhoused people in San Jose alone, we have one of the nation's highest rates of homelessness.
We address the needs of clients by providing opportunities to change the course of their lives.
Our focus is on positive coaching and empowering people with practical life skills when they face challenges in achieving stability and dignity.
Support
People who are completing rehabilitation programs, transitioning from incarceration, struggling through social injustice, or simply disaffiliated, may face challenges when housed in environments that are not conducive to their well-being.

Our existing Sober Living Environment Home offers structure, accountability, and peer support that creates opportunities for clients to develop the life skills and coping mechanisms they need for long-term success.

A supportive sober living environment home is vital for our community because it provides the basic physical housing needed for a safe and warm space for individuals to rebuild their lives. It bridges the gap between treatment and independent living, reducing relapse rates and contributing to a healthier, safer, and more resilient community for all.
