Who we are:
Terrell Pina is a leadership and addiction recovery professional. Prior to OFC, he held the Director of Production role with The Salvation Army (TSA), managing the largest Western US Donation Collection Center (25,000 sq. ft. Warehouse with a 13- Truck Fleet). In 2019, Terrell had entered TSA work therapy program as a residential client. After completing the program, he was hired and quickly moved up the TSA management ranks. He honed superior counselor skills by managing men in recovery, bringing out the best in each person. He previously served in the US Army, and then worked at a residential behavioral health company. Today, he dedicates his passions and skills to Opportunities for Change while pursuing his BA in Psychology. His pride and joy are raising his Toddler Daughter.
Rachel Chouinard has dedicated 29+ years to service and leadership as an Officer in The Salvation Army. Responsibilities included the spiritual, emotional, and physical care of members of the community. She served as the Executive Leader of 11 Appointments across 12+ Departments (homeless camps, donor/grant, social services…) in 6 States ranging from Alaska to Arizona. She is currently completing her BA in English. Her pride and joy are her 5 Children.
Mary Ng Dooley is a champion for fair access to socioeconomic opportunity. After 35+ years in Banking and Tech, she turned to non-profits. She worked as a K-8 Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and a Preschool Teacher. Mary has a BA in Art & Art History
